Hi! I’m Mike, and I was born into an Italian family in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My passion for food started at the early age of 9 when my parents began to organize events at our country house. I watched and learned from my parents and saw the happiness they gave to their guests. I knew then, that I wanted to be a part of this.
As a teenager, I used to cook and prepare dishes for my family. Food was always a very important thing to us. Through experience, I’ve learned the secrets of traditional recipes that I’m still using today but now with a personal touch. I naturally, began helping in the family business and completely dedicated myself to what most inspired me.


At 16, I decided to study in the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (I.A.G.) obtaining the title of gastronomic professional. When I finished my studies in 2005, I was accepted as an intern at El Bulli.
A few years later I decided to do a stage at Martin Berazategui. It was in these Michelin starred restaurants and many other places where I trained that I acquired great discipline, vision and respect for food.


Ibiza greeted me with new challenges. I was the Chef at Blue Marlin and then later designed and opened Ushuaia restaurant, among other projects.
In search of new challenges, I endeavored into the world of being a personal Chef. I was allowed the opportunity to travel all over the world, and all the while adapting to different cultures and environments. Through all this, I learned the many contrast of flavours that each culture has to offer.


After so much moving around, I decided to settle in Ibiza where I would continue working as a private chef for various clients throughout the year. From celebrities to families and friends, I enjoyed it all.


I have enormous respect for food and the whole process, I love pure flavours and healthy meals. I am in constant search of quality and seasonal products.
